Hi there.

Hope you are well and enjoying the hot weather.

First of all, thank you so much for your continuous support during this difficult time for everyone.

I am feeling so grateful so many clients visited MOSAIQUE LONDON since the lockdown was eased. I know for some people, you have to travel across London, passing 100s of hair salons.

Also, it is really nice to welcome new clients who live locally and discovered us. I hope you liked our service and come back for the next appointment.

So, there are a few updates.

We are open 7days a week now.

The shift is..

Ryoko Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday

Naoko Tuesday and Sunday


Following the goverment's guidance, we ask all the clients (apart from kids under 11) to wear a mask during the appointment.

Please bring one.

For colour service, it will get stained, so please be prepared. (If you don't want to get it stained, disposable one might be good.)

The other safety measure we take are below;

  1. We wear a mask during the appointments

  2. We wash our hands before and after each appointments

  3. Clean the tools after each appointments

  4. Clean the chairs after each use

  5. We kindly ask you to wash your hands or use hand sanitiser when you enter the salon

  6. No Chatting during hair wash. (Or if you don't want the hair wash, please wash it just before you come for a haircut and tell us it is clean)

  7. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment if you develop any Covid-19 related symptoms

  8. We keep the door open when possible

  9. No massage after haircut for the time being (I know lots of you looking forward to a massage, but we will omit it to make each appointment as quickly as we can. Hopefully it goes back to normal soon)

  10. Please let us know if you don't need blowdry

  11. We do not offer any magazines, water or tea till the restrictions are eased , so please bring your own entertainment and water etc if your appointment is long.

  12. We have a parking space behind the flats next door. if you need to use it, please let us know when you book your appointment.

  13. We are not going to keep your belongings or jacket behind the counter when you visit the salon, please leave it on the empty chair, or keep valuables with you all the time.
