Booking & Cancellation Policy
*Please be prompt for your appointment as treatment must commence at your booking start time. If late you may have the treatment cut short, & still be charged for the full session.
* If you are not able to attend your appointment please contact us asap so we can offer the appointment slot to someone else. Thank you for your understanding in advance, but we charge cancellation fee for short notice cancellations and no shows. (Haircut - 24hours in advence and 48hours for colour and perm appointments)
